Shtogrin Sergey Ivanovich
Born on July 21, 1948 in Khabarovsk.
1971 — graduated from Komsomolsk-on-Amur Polytechnic Institute, faculty of aircraft construction; in 1983 — Khabarovsk Higher Party School.
1972–1973 — served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
1973–1991 — was engaged in the Komsomol and party work.
1983 — Head of the Department for Organizational Party Work of the CPSU Regional Committee of the Jewish Autonomous Region, since 1987 — First Secretary of Birobidzhan City Committee of the CPSU. He was elected deputy of the Congress of People's Deputies of Birobidzhan City and Khabarovsk Krai.
1991–1995 — Chairman of the Board, Logos Insurance Company.
1996–2013 — Deputy of the State Duma of the 2nd up to 6th convocations. He was a member of the deputy groups “Popular Power” (Narodovlastie) and “Agro–industrial Group”. He was a member of the State Duma Committee for the Budget, Taxes, Banks and Finance, a member of the Commission for the Review of Federal Budget Expenditures aimed at ensuring the defense and state security of the Russian Federation. He was a Deputy and First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for the Budget and Taxes.
2013–2019 — auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, appointed by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
On September 19, 2019, on the proposal of the President of the Russian Federation, he was reappointed by the State Duma to the position of Auditor of the Accounts Chamber.
